Meditation Workshops for Individuals and Groups

We specialize in providing virtual and in-person meditation workshops for athletes, sports teams, first responders, executives and businesses interested in utilizing meditation and mindfulness to perform at elite levels.

Chad brings core elements of his meditation training philosophy to every workshop and is able to customize each workshop to align with individual, team or organizational goals.

Our full and half-day meditation workshops are highly participatory and experiential. Participants will receive resources, tools and strategies to develop meditation and mindfulness skills that will catalyze their performance and well-being. They will have a unique experience, uncommon in today’s sport and professional environments.  

In order to impact entire organizations, we often begin meditation workshops with key leaders to create a set of goals for the larger group. With goals in place, we can roll out workshops to teams, large groups or divisions.

Meditation Workshop Structure

Half-Day Meditation Workshops

Half-day workshops cover foundational scientific and applied principles of meditation training and include a variety of experiential components. Participants will leave the workshop with new meditation skills and an understanding of how they can use meditation and mindfulness in their own specific performance and well-being contexts. 

Full-Day Meditation Workshops

Full-day workshops are more immersive and allow for greater creativity, insight and application ideas to emerge. Participants will experience a wide range of meditation and mindfulness practices, an understanding of the key science and frameworks of meditation training and will have more time for individual and collective deep learning. Participants will leave the workshop with meditation and mindfulness skills and a personal plan to integrate practices into their own life and craft. 

Common Workshop Elements

During half-day and full-day workshops participants will:

  • Learn about the scientific research and key frameworks of how meditation and mindfulness are used in a performance context.

  • Experience meditation and mindfulness practices to develop skills to maneuver the internal and external conditions of one's life for greater performance and well-being. 

  • Apply meditation skills and mindfulness practices to life and craft.

Meditation for Focus and Concentration


Training attention is foundational to performance and well-being. This skill is involved in every moment of your life.

By training to develop the skills of focus and concentration, you give yourself an inner edge in every moment.

In this workshop you will explore the science of training your attention through meditation, learn a variety of practices to apply to your life and craft, and develop skills to work with common obstacles that occur when developing this skill.  

Meditation for Resilience and Recovery


In a high-intensity, fast-paced world, high performers know they can’t leave physical, mental or emotional recovery to chance. Beyond simply allowing one’s body to recover, developing skills to slow down, let go and practice compassion are essential to pushing limits and sustaining performance. 

In this workshop, you’ll employ the science and practice of meditation to train your mind to recover more deeply and more quickly, bringing to life the truth that slow is smooth, and smooth is fast

Meditation for Confidence and Connection


Train your mind to relate to your team, your organization and yourself with a positive outlook that embraces challenges and builds off of your strengths.

Humans are hardwired to notice the challenges in life. If you don’t train to balance that trait, you can’t realize your full potential.

In this workshop you will identify what supports you and others to be at your best, and train to stabilize those qualities in your mind and body. 

Meditation for Greater Purpose in Daily Life


Bringing a deeper sense of purpose into your day-to-day activities, physical training and relationships transforms daily tasks and interactions into opportunities for greater performance and well-being.

In this workshop you will train your mind to make each moment an opportunity to embody your deepest values. This training enlivens and stabilizes your natural qualities of commitment, joy and connection on your journey. But you can’t just hope for it, you have to train for it.
